Lady Plainsmen Win Big

Frank Phillips College volleyball made a strong statement this afternoon with back-to-back victories over nationally ranked opponents. The Lady Plainsmen took down No. 7 Indian Hills in an intense battle that showcased their skills with a 3-0 victory. With a balanced attack and solid defensive play, Frank Phillips was able to outlast the Warriors and secure a great win for the program. 

The Lady Plainsmen had another match-up this afternoon, where they faced No. 8 MSU–West Plains. The Lady Plainsmen showed no signs of fatigue, controlling the pace early and maintaining their edge throughout the match. Consistency in serving and strong net play proved to be the difference in their 3-1 victory against No. 8 MSU- West Plains. 

These victories mark a significant milestone for the Lady Plainsmen program, proving they can compete with and defeat some of the nation's top teams. The confidence gained from knocking off two top-10 opponents will fuel them moving forward as they continue to build on this success. With a growing sense of chemistry and belief, Frank Phillips is positioning itself as a dangerous contender this season. The Lady Plainsmen will take on Doge City on Saturday.
