Lady Plainsmen Softball Southwest District B Championship

Lady Plainsmen Softball enter the NJCAA Southwest District B Championship today against Temple College at 12PM. Head Coach Gabe Castillo and the Lady Plainsmen look to take game one against Temple College at Temple College for their first day of games. Marissa Gonzalez, Sophomore from La Grange, TX leads the charge for us in the circle. She has compiled 120 innings pitched with a record of 10-8 and 56 strikeouts. The offense has been on a roll all season hitting a cummulative .367 batting average, 54 homeruns, and 75 stolen bases as they go into the tournament.
